- Spaces are for 10x10 setups. Please bring 100% of your own setup, tables, chairs (canopies are allowed but not with the overhead fabric topper; you can bring side-walls, however). You are encouraged to bring pipe and drape and/or retail grids.
- Very Important - make sure you when you buy a vendor ticket(s) that you check the EMAIL that you purchase with - that will be the email that we will reach out to with instructions or updates about the event.
- Setup is DIY, floors will not be marked. When you arrive coordinators will place you manually in a space (it is not first-come, first serve).
- Please write down that you've purchased this pass and the dates (we are no longer checking if you've paid for a pass)
- Load-in instructions will come the week of the event. There is no physical pass, once you purchase, you will be added to our list!
- This pass is good for two-days.

Show Hours: Tuesday - Friday: 9 AM - 9 PM, Saturday: 9 AM - 7 PM
1. SETUP, PARKING & TAKE-DOWN
- Setup: No children allowed during setup or take-down. Vendor must set up within their assigned booth boundaries.
- Parking: Vendor may use designated loading areas during setup/take-down. During show hours, Vendor must park a block away to allow customer access.
- Take-Down: Begins at 7:15 PM on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Early takedown will result in a $100 fee and exclusion from future shows. If Vendor fails to take down within one hour of closing, HCB may disassemble and place booth materials outside, charging a $100 disassembly fee at HCB’s sole discretion, deducted from Vendor payouts. HCB is not liable for damage or theft. Take-down includes the following steps:
- Timely take-down of the booth.
- Removal of all trash, boxes, product packaging, and other items.
- Removal of all tape on the floors and vacuuming/sweeping the booth area.
- Return of any items that may belong to other Vendors to HCB personnel at the checkout station.
- Communicating completion of checkout steps to HCB personnel at the checkout station.

Sept.18 - 20 | Vintage Market Days | Cache Valley Fair Grounds (Set up Sept.17 or morning of 18)
Vintage Market Days will be held at Cache County Fairgrounds, 450 s 500 w, Logan, UT 84321. The market will begin on Thursday, September 18, 2025 and end on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Vintage Market Days has a "rain or shine" policy. Failure to show at the market will result in automatic loss of space assignment, and loss of all deposit (booth rental & fees).
Event hours of operation are as follows:
- Thursday, September 18, 2025 - 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Friday, September 19, 2025 - 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Saturday, September 20, 2025 - 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

SET UP TIME/TEAR DOWN OPERATIONS
The Vendor understands that they are agreeing to arrive for set up at an assigned time to be determined. Set up will occur on the week of VMD. Vendor agrees to be in booths and ready for business one hour before the event begins on each day of the event. See section 1 for event dates and hours of operation. Vendor understands that arriving at a time other than their assigned check in time could result in a delayed check in time and loss of unloading service. All Vendor vehicles will be parked in a designated vendor parking at Vintage Market Days®. Vendors may not break down booth space prior to close of the market on the final day of event unless otherwise approved by VMD. Booths MUST be completely packed and the area clear of all children before vehicles are pulled to booth areas. Load out must be completed and all inventory and personal effects must be removed within a reasonable time once the market closes on the final day.
